OFFERTORY ENVELOPES
PARISH OFFERTORY ENVELOPES FOR 2023/2024 HAVE NOW BEEN DISTRIBUTED
Since the onset of Covid we recognise there is a considerable drop in the number of offertory envelopes being returned. We are very aware that a significant number of parishioners do not contribute financially to the support of the parish.
Any donation, large or small is much appreciated.
If you do not have a box of envelopes and wish to acquire one, please contact the Parish Office: email lisburn@downandconnor.org or phone 02892660206.
Standing Order Forms are also available from Parish Office if you would prefer to use this simple method of payment. Renewed and grateful thanks to our parishioners who so generously support us throughout the year.
God’s call to priesthood
In life, many hear God’s call to priesthood. Is your heart open to the Lord? Have you ever considered taking the risk to follow in the footsteps of Jesus? If so, you are invited to the national seminary of Saint Patrick’s College, Maynooth, on 25 April, to attend a special conference on evangelisation and vocations in Ireland today. Archbishop Rino Fisichella, Pro Prefect of the Vatican’s Dicastery for Evangelisation, will be the keynote speaker.
Please register directly on www.vocations.ie, or contact the National Vocations director Father Willie Purcell at willie.purcell@iecon.ie or Rev Eric Cooney secretary of the National Vocations Office at eric.cooney@iecon.ie May God bless you!
