help sell their Gifts of Change to help make a real difference to families living in poverty around the world. We

OFFERTORY ENVELOPES
OFFERTORY ENVELOPES: At present we are re-ordering our supply of Offertory Envelopes 2026. If you would like to
support the Parish by means of a Weekly Offertory Envelope, please leave contact details with Parish Office.
Alternatively, if you are able, you are encouraged to make a Monthly Offering to the Church by means of a Standing
Order/Bank Transfer. Forms are available at the back of the Church or from Parish Office. Both forms need to be
completed with one sent to your Bank and the other to the parish office. If you have any queries, please contact in
confidence the parish secretary 028 92 660206.
We are grateful to the parishioners who support us so generously throughout the year.
Our weekly/monthly donations and Gift Aid are our main source of Parish income.

SCRIPTURE GROUP
SCRIPTURE GROUP has resumed after the summer break. The Group meets on Tuesday evenings 7.30pm- 8.30pm in
Pastoral Centre to study, discuss and reflect on the scripture readings for weekend Masses
BEGINNING EXPERIENCE
BEGINNING EXPERIENCE is a peer ministry to the bereaved, separated and divorced, based within the Family
Ministry of the Diocese of Down and Connor. The loss of a partner through death, separation or divorce is
devastating. Beginning Experience is offering a programme of bereavement support in St Bride’s Hall, Derryvolgie
Ave., Belfast on three Saturdays (20th September 18th October and 15th November) Booking essential.

CHILDREN’S CHOIR
We are delighted to have MISS CRISTIONA MCGUINNESS AND THE CHILDREN’S CHOIR back singing at the Vigil Mass after the summer recess. New members – boys and girls very welcome.
If your child would be interested in joining the choir please speak with Cristiona, after Saturday evening Mass or leave your name in the parish office – 028 92 660206.
ST. PATRICK’S YOUTH CLUB
Registration will be on Friday 5th September from 6-8pm in the Pastoral Centre for all new and old members (age 7-11 years).
All children must be supervised by their parents on that evening.
Cost of membership: £15 single, £25 family for the year. £3.00 nightly fee.
The Youth Club will then commence on Friday 12th September from 6pm to 8.00pm
FIRST RECONCILIATION & FIRST HOLY COMMUNION 2026
First Holy Communion classes for children of the parish who attend a non-parish school will commence in October 2025. Please contact lisburn@downandconnor.org or 028 92 660206 to enrol your child.
